Processing Time:
- All orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated Delivery Time: 3-6+ Business Days*
- Express Shipping: Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3+ Business Days*
*Remote locations will take a longer as expected
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10+ Business Days**
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated Delivery Time: 3-6+ Business Days**
- Any applicable customs, duties, or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- If your tracking information is not updated within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at orders@dropbearcoolers.com or 0423080091 and we will confirm your tracking details
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- www.DROPBEARcoolers.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- www.DROPBEARcoolers.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Please take detailed photographs of the damage to your packages as it arrived to you and send them through to us at orders@dropbearcoolers.com so we can start the damages goods in transit claim.
- Please note that when packages are left by Australia Post at an address where no one is home to receive it (if it is safe to do so), the postal worker will take and log a photograph of its location for reference, this is useful only when a package has gone missing.
Shipping Restrictions
- Sorry we currently do not ship to any country that is not listed in the drop-down box on the shipping page.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- If a package is returned to www.dropbearcoolers.com due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-shipping cost.
